Aftercare Advice

It is important that your time here is always positive.  Please review the following tips so that you are able to enjoy the time after your massage.

• Drink lots of water. This ensures that the body will flush out the toxins that were released from your muscles during your session.

• Eat a light meal, Fruit and Vegetables are excellent for their cleansing effects

• Plan to take it easy after your massage. This will allow the body to heal

• Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol

• Cut down on the consumption of tea and coffee

• If possible, schedule your appointment so that you can take a warm bath afterward.  This does wonders to further enhance the relaxed state you are in.
